About Alistair Kelsall Brisbane Buyers Agent

Alistair Kelsall Brisbane Buyers Agent is the licensee and director for a Real Estate company called Investate based in Queensland. Holding formal qualifications in finance, financial planning and real estate, I am able to provide you with a very high level of advice and service.

I have worked with some of Queenslands and Australias biggest companies including Aussie Homes Loans, RealEstate.com and the Ray White Group. I have also spent considerable time working as a Property Investment Advisor for some of the bigger wealth creation companies.

I thoroughly enjoyed the property investment side of this business, having formal qualifications in both finance and financial planning meant I could provide a very high level of analysis.  Helping people to invest in real estate is very rewarding but what put me off was the types of properties being promoted as great investment opportunities to our clients. A good investment could be what was available at that time and that just didn't sit well with me. My advise was limited to the stock available and if I didn't feel a particular estate or property was a good investment option for the client then I would tell them that and not be able to provide them with a suitable solution at that time.

I decided to make the change from being limited to selling house and land packages from the developers to being able to sell anything by being a Buyers Agent in Brisbane. Now when a client comes to me they get a very wide range of choices as to where to invest in. I can still provide them with a brand new home but now I can source my own land and build them the most perfect investment property, or I can source them an established property.

The most important thing to me is that you the customer profits from my assistance and I am very proud to say that all my clients have done extremely well from using my services.
