Property is only 6 years old and will have a further 4 years of depreciation available to my buyer as an additional tax benefit.

Cannot go wrong with such a high demand suburb and with a property that is only 6 years old.

Location

In my property selection system I always try to target a property that is in between more expensive properties as the average value of the more expensive homes in close proximity will always bring the value of the cheaper home up. In this case the property is surround by homes valued $800K and over.

Location is excellent with the property being located in one of the very nice and usually too expensive parts of Doolandella. Distance to Brisbane CDB is 16 kilometres.

This is where the true value of a Brisbane Buyers Agent like Alistair Kelsall come into their own, Any fees that they charge are well and truely paid for in the discount you receive on the purchase price of a property. I saved the client $20,000 on the purchase price and secured a better property, closer to the Brisbane CBD and only 6 years old.
