This particular clients requirements for a property were based on selecting a Brisbane investment property that the client could move his family into in the near future. Alderley is a very nice suburb just North West of the Brisbane CBD. My client required a property they could rent out for the next few years, then move into when they decide to move back to Brisbane.
This property is located on the top of a hill with a private ring road that gives access to the people living in the street. The home was significantly cheaper than anything else in the street and although it had some issues it was a sub $700K house in a street full of million-dollar-plus properties. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that this was a good buy.
