Buyer Beware, this property had magnificent views out over the Brisbane southern suburbs and out to the mountains near Toowoomba. A deck had been constructed to take advantage of the views and create a magnificent outdoor entertaining area.
On the surface, the property looked great but when it came time to do the building and pest inspection, the house was found to be riddled with termites. This is why we conduct arms-length Building and Pest Inspections on behalf of our clients to ensure the integrity of the property.
