Our client wished to purchase a good solid investment property in Brisbane that would give good long term capital growth and a return above 4.5%. As the couple were from Sydney they took advantage of our guided tour day and received first hand information on the suburbs in Brisbane that met their needs and the areas to keep away from. It was brick and tile which was a requirement of the customer and on a good sized block of land. The property is located in a very quiet culdesac surrounded by very expensive houses.
Clients settled on a price of $545,000 which is well below the median house price for the suburb and will give the clients good long term returns in the future.
