Townhouse Mitchelton purchased for a couple looking for their first investment property. They wanted to keep to a budget of $700K and also wanted a property as close to Brisbane as they could get. In these days and times with property prices so high we settled on this very nice 3 bedroom townhouse villa.

I received an email from one of the local agents who had an off market townhouse available in Mitchelton. This is a very highly rated suburb located just 9 kilometers from the Brisbane CBD and has access to the rail network, schools and shopping areas.

All my valuations indictaed it was valued at $673,000 however the owner had some important conditions for the sale which would put most buyers off. With that knowledge in hand we set a target price of $650,000. Our first offer was at $645,000, they countered with $655,000 and we all agreed on a purchase price of $650,000. A great outcome and a good savings to my buyers.
